The Next Level Sports Training - Junior Athlete training
Our Junior Athlete Program is designed specifically for younger athletes by our Certified Youth Fitness Specialist.
Training younger athletes is not the same as training older athletes. They have very specific training needs that
need to be developed in order for them to progress properly.

Just as you can not learn calculus before addition & subtraction in school, a younger athlete cannot train the
same as an older athlete without first forming a solid athletic base to build upon.

Our Junior Athlete program teaches proper form, body mechanics and work ethic in a unique, fun and
competitive way. We utilize body weight exercises, medicine ball training, resistance bands, plyometric
equipment and more.

The Next Level Sports Training - Junior Athletes
By training with us during your off season you will be at your peak when the season is ready to begin. But,
without the proper in season maintenance program you will slowly lose the strength & speed you worked so
hard for. By the end of the season, when it is time for playoffs and tournaments, you will be at your weakest and
slowest. This obviously leads to poor performance but also leads to higher risk of injury.

By following our 1 or 2 day in season maintenance program you will be able to maintain most, if not all, of your
strength and speed. You will still be at your best when the end of the season rolls around and your risk of injury
will be minimized. In the "Program" block of the registration form below simply write "In Season Maintenance"
and in the "Class Option" block write in the days and times you will be training. Each monthly membership will
be extended to 6 weeks to account for only 2 sessions per week.
